BEFT Group is founded and driven by two working directors, Alvin K.B. Mensah and Frank Agyekum Boateng, who collectively have accumulated over 30 years of work experience. They have successfully managed their individual mining and construction businesses. Both are the managing directors of their individual mining and construction companies with a collective staff strength of over 250.
Our directors have also worked in different roles in the agric and agrochemical industry, gaining broad knowledge in all aspects of the industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company. They also work proactively to gather feedback on projects, monitor the business environment for changes and review all work processes for the company.

Dominic is a motivated and hardworking individual who has strong skills in critical evaluation and a problem-solving attitude. He is attentive to detail with a commitment to complete all assigned tasks on time with quality and accuracy. Dominic Idan is a chartered account with eight years working experience in the field of auditing, compliance, administration, field operations, finance and accounting. He is a team player with the mindset of always ensuring the achievement of the overall group.
Mohammed has ten (10) years of extensive experience in the agricultural value chain, agribusiness, climate-smart agriculture and livelihoods sectors, project management and partnerships development. Mohammed has been involved in managing several projects including the USAID/Esoko Farmer First Program, the Cocoa Abrabopa project with Esoko, the climate change Agriculture Food Security project, amongst others. He possesses a deep understanding of working with partner organizations in the agribusiness sector. Mohammed developed climate variability mitigation content for farmers in the Climate Change Agriculture and Food Security Project (CCAFS) in Ghana.
